Welcome to the Center for Racial Understanding. We are delighted to share with you our work to help communities address issues of race and diversity as we effect change in our workplaces, neighborhoods, and institutions through organized and managed dialogue, programs and services. We engage persons from differing backgrounds and views as we explore ways to work together, problem solve, and sustain change. A matter of the heart; we seek excellence as a community by addressing matters of race ingrained in our country's history and embedded in our heritage and culture that create artificial barriers and disparity.
