The Center for Racial Understanding works to remove race as an impediment to economic, political, social, and educational progress in Central Georgia and create a climate of trust, respect, knowledge, and awareness among all people.

Our Commitment:
The Center for Racial Understanding is designed to act in a non-partisan manner to remove racial barriers and contribute to a culture of trust. Focused upon issues of race and justice, the Center seeks to link honesty to understanding, word to deed, and person to person. We acknowledge as a community that:
