Despite one’s age, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, faith, or socio/economic status, education is the Bridge to Success. The Center for Racial Understanding’s Bridges to Success committee works to ensure educational opportunities by enhancing programmatic support systems that strengthen student retention and performance and examines the “cause and effect” relationship between practices and policies - community and home. The Center addresses service and learning gaps and creative solutions to issues of disparity.
